DOLLIE & ME CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The 2011 Dollie & Me Design A Dress Contest ("Contest") begins on Friday, April 11 at 12:01 AM (EST) and ends at 11:59 PM (EST) on Sunday, August 1 at 11:59 PM ("Contest Period"). The Contest is sponsored by Kahn Lucas ("Sponsor").
Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Contest is open to legal residents of the United States ages 18 years or older. Contest is void in the United States Territories and Puerto Rico.
ELIGIBILITY: Each participant must be between the ages of 2 and 13 years at the time the entry is submitted ("Eligible Child"). Entry forms can only be submitted by legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and are the parent or legal guardian of an Eligible Child at the time the entry is submitted.
The parent or legal guardian must sign the entry form prior to submitting the entry. By signing the entry form, the parent or legal guardian confirms that he or she has read, understands and agrees to abide by the Dollie & Me Contest Rules.
Employees of Sponsor and/or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to participate.
All entries must contain original artwork made by the Eligible Child. By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian also certifies that, to the best of his or her knowledge, the Eligible Child's artwork is original and does not contain material that violates or otherwise infringes upon the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, privacy rights or publicity rights.
Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. [By submitting any design or information to Dollie Contest, you hereby grant to Dollie & Me and its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual and royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish and otherwise make use of the submitted original artwork or other information in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created, throughout the world for any purpose.]
HOW TO ENTER: Please visit www.dollieme.com to print your entry form. Entries can be submitted by scanning and e-mailing entries to designadress@dollieme.com, or sending entries by mail to 112 W 34th Street, Suite 600, New York NY 10120. All entries sent by mail must be postmarked by August 1st, 2011.
GENERAL: There will be three winners selected based on age. The first age group category is for Eligible Children between the ages of 2 and 5 years. The second age group category is for Eligible Children between the ages of 6 and 9 years. The third age group category is for Eligible Children between the ages of 10 and 13 years. Each winner will receive a new Dollie & Me outfit and doll. There will be one winner selected by our fans on our voting page. This "fan favorite" will receive a new Dollie & Me outfit and doll.
All entries will be judged by Sponsor based on creativity and originality within each age group.
Winners will be notified by mail, telephone and/or e-mail. In the event that a potential Winner cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) business days from the first attempt to notify Winner, such entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
The parent or guardian of each Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release ("Affidavit and Release") on behalf of his or her child. Affidavit and Release must be signed, witnessed and returned by parent or guardian to Sponsor within five (5) business days of receiving Affidavit and Release. Failure to sign, witness and return Affidavit and Release within this time frame will result in forfeiture of prizes.
By accepting the prizes, Winners and their parents or guardians agree to hold Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or allegedly caused by participating in the Dollie & Me Contest or by accepting and/or using the prizes.
All prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable. Any associated taxes are the responsibility of each winner. All decisions by Sponsor are final.
LIST OF WINNERS: The list of Winners will be made available on Sponsor's website www.dollieme.com by September 31, 2011. The names of Winners also can be requested by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to 112 W 34th Street, New York NY 10120 by December 1, 2011.
