I got this for my cousin and it fit her. I love it because she can wear it to parties. Her mom said it was plain but she loved it. I did not know if she would like it but my friends daughter loved it. So as a mother of 5 girls they thought that their cousin would like it. I bought it for her birthday she and she loved it. She wore it to her first day of school last year. Her friends said she was lucky and they got jelous. She loved it! (Posted on 6/2/15)
