WINNERS
The winners of the Youngland and Jenny & Me School Donation will be sent a $1,000 check made out to their school of choice.
The winner of the Sweet Heart Rose Scholarship will be sent a $1,000 check made out to the child.
The dress giveaway winner will receive one free Dollie & Me outfit selected by a Kahn Lucas employee.
Winners will be notified by mail, telephone and/or e-mail. In the event a Winner cannot be reached or does not respond within five (5) business days from the first attempt to notify the Winner, a substitute winner will be selected.
By accepting a prize, winners and their parents or guardians agree to hold Kahn Lucas, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or allegedly caused by participating in the drawing or by accepting and/or using the prizes.
All prizes will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable. Any associated taxes are the responsibility of each winner. All decisions by Kahn Lucas are final.
The winners will be announced on Kahn Lucas's website, www.kahnlucas.com, two weeks after each drawing. The names of winners also can be requested by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Kahn Lucas at 112 W 34th Street, New York NY 10120.
