I got this for my cousin and it fit her. I love it because she can wear it to parties. Her mom said it was plain but she loved it. I did not know if she would like it but my friends daughter loved it. So as a mother of 5 girls they thought that their cousin would like it. I bought it for her birthday she and she loved it.
